Generally CLOSED from April 16th until April 30th for Vacation. ---Closed off and on in the months of May thru October for TAX CLASSES I'm attending or teaching. (Will be posted on door for dates I am gone. Carol is here only very part time during those months)

Our services are: Preparing Individuals, Estates, all Corporations, Partnerships, LLC Tax Returns- (Lacerte Tax program), Accounting, Bookkeeping, Full Payroll Service. (use Quickbooks Pro) I can now Represent clients before IRS as an Enrolled Agent = EA (equivalent to a CPA status). I do Offers in Compromise for both IRS and Oregon. As an EA, I can do Taxes IN ALL 50 STATES and can represent clients in all of those states as well. I am very happy to offer this service to my clients. I also TEACH Tax classes to my colleagues around the U.S. now.

There is a fee charge for any questions that require extensive researching at our hourly rate of $99/hour. Accounting or Payroll questions answered by Maddy are at the same fees as taxes. A minimum fee of $55 for ALL questions with regards to taxes. Accounting or payroll questions are billed at $55/hour.... with a minimum of $30 for any question regarding payroll or accounting by Cheryl.
